A familiar three-card layout can use a different ranking system. Check the room rules before applying a classic hand chart.
What changes between variants

Why a classic chart may fail
In classic play, a trail is the strongest category. A low-hand variant can reverse familiar comparisons. In a wild-card room, a card’s printed rank may not describe the resulting hand. Read the room’s worked examples rather than guessing from the variant name.
A variation practice method
Start with classic rankings, then change one rule at a time. Compare three sample hands using the room’s help screen and check every tie. Leave the room if its rules are inaccessible or contradictory.
